Write the HEARTBEAT section to a file.
Parameters
- filePath: string
  Absolute path to HEARTBEAT.md.
- entries: HeartbeatEntry[]
  Component entries to write.
Returns Promise<void>
Remarks
Replaces everything from # Jeeves Platform Status to EOF. Preserves user content above the heading.
