Resolve the workspace team ID that owns a Slack channel. Results are cached to disk.
Parameters
- channelId: string
  Slack channel ID.
- token: string
  Slack bot token for API calls.
- options: SlackWorkspaceOptions
  Cache path and default workspace.
Returns Promise<string>

Remarks
No remaining consumer: jeeves-scripts-core keeps channel-to-workspace in its Slack state cache. Deprecation is planned for 0.7.1 (#127).
