formatBeginMarker(markerText: string, version: string, now?: Date): string
Format the BEGIN marker comment with a version stamp.
Parameters
- markerText: string
  The marker text.
- version: string
  The core library version.
- now: Date = ...
  Render time. Defaults to now.
Returns string
Formatted comment line.
