Serve a prebuilt OpenAPI document (normally the committed openapi.json).
Parameters
- app: FastifyInstance
  Fastify app.
- document: object
  The document.
- options: { path?: string } = {}
  path, default /openapi.json.
Returns void

Remarks
Served with no auth: the component's auth hook must exempt the path.
