Whether an index type may carry isTenant: true (Qdrant is_tenant).
Parameters
- type: "uuid" | "datetime" | "keyword" | "integer" | "float" | "bool" | "text"
  Payload index type.
Returns type is TenantIndexType
true for keyword and uuid.
