Narrow a body validated with requireExactlyOneTarget to its target.
Parameters
- body: { path?: string; source?: string }
  A parsed body carrying exactly one of path or source.
Returns DocumentTarget
The target, discriminated by kind.

Throws
When neither is set (the refinement makes this unreachable).
