    jeeves-watcher start -c <config-path>

    Option Description
-c, --config <path> Path to configuration file (required)

Behavior: Loads config, connects to Qdrant, performs initial filesystem scan, starts the HTTP API server. Runs until SIGTERM/SIGINT.

    Probe service health and version.

    jeeves-watcher status [-p <port>]

    Option Default Description
    -p, --port <port> 1936 API port

Output: JSON response from GET /status with name, version, uptime, status, and health (containing collection, reindex, initialScan).
