Function describeConfigKeyListDefaults

describeConfigKeyListDefaults(
__namedParameters: { cfgExclude?: string[]; cfgInclude?: string[] },
): DescribeConfigKeyListDefaultsResult
Describe default values for a pair of include/exclude list options. Returns an object with includeDefault and excludeDefault strings.

If both lists are populated, returns an invalid marker for both.
